What payment options do you offer?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank payments in multiple regions. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms.

Do you offer white-label options?

Yes! White-label reporting is included in our Medium plan and above. This allows you to customize reports with your own branding for client presentations.

Which AI models do you support?

We currently support the following AI models:

Can I invite my team?

Absolutely! All paid plans include team collaboration features. You can invite team members to access your dashboard, view reports, and collaborate on brand monitoring strategies. Team member seats are included in your plan.

Can I have multiple main brands?

Yes, but each main brand requires its own plan. For example, if you want to monitor 3 main brands, you would need 3 separate subscriptions. Each subscription includes monitoring for that main brand plus competitors as specified in your plan tier.

I'm an agency - can I add my clients?

Perfect! We have an agency-friendly approach. You can create multiple accounts for your clients and receive one consolidated bill through our advanced billing system.
